Privacy Policy — Fishing Analyzer PRO™

1. DATA COLLECTION AND USE
Identification: We collect your Email via Firebase Auth. This is necessary for creating a unique profile, synchronizing your PRO status, "Arsenal," and saved markers across devices, as well as for access recovery and fraud prevention.
Geolocation (GPS): The app collects precise GPS coordinates solely for map functionality (Google Maps / OpenSeaMap), providing weather reports (Open-Meteo), and catch verification in tournaments via the PhotoManager system. Coordinates are processed in real-time when opening relevant screens or saving data.

2. MEDIA, SOUND, AND SENSORS
Camera: Used exclusively for recording catches and AI functions (fish species recognition). Photos may contain metadata (EXIF), including time and precise location, which is required for assigning "Verified" status.
Microphone: Used exclusively for recording 10-second voice SOS messages. Recording is activated only manually by the user (holding the button for 3 seconds). We do not perform background listening.
Data Transfer: Any media data is transmitted to Firebase Storage servers only after your explicit action (clicking "Send," "Publish," or "SOS").

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SECURITY
Infrastructure: We use trusted services: Google Firebase, Google Maps, Open-Meteo, Huawei Mobile Services, and ML Kit.
Confidentiality: We strictly do not sell or transfer your personal data to advertising agencies or third parties. Data access may only be provided upon official request from law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law.
Encryption: Critical data on the device (access keys, subscription status) is protected via EncryptedSharedPreferences.

4. PUBLIC CONTENT AND SOCIAL INTERACTION
Global Feed: When publishing a trophy to the feed, your photo, device model, meteorological data, and precise coordinates become visible to other users with PRO status. By clicking "Publish," you take full responsibility for the public disclosure of your location.
SOS Signals: In SOS mode, your coordinates and voice are broadcast to other users within a 15 to 50 km radius via Realtime Database.

5. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF MINORS
The app is not intended for persons under 13 years of age (or other age established by your country's law). We do not intentionally collect data from children. If we become aware of a child's registration, the account and all associated data will be immediately deleted.

6. DATA MANAGEMENT AND DELETION
You have the right to full control over your information. The "Delete My Data" function (deleteMyCloudData method) in the App Settings initiates the automatic and irreversible erasure of your profile, SOS logs, activity history, and media files from the cloud.

7. COMPLIANCE WITH GLOBAL STANDARDS (GDPR, CCPA)
We comply with the principles of the "right to be forgotten" and data transparency. By using Fishing Analyzer PRO™, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this Policy. We reserve the right to update this document; using the app after changes signifies your consent to the new version.
