End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Service

1. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT AND LICENSE GRANT
1.1. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the User) and the developer of the "Fishing Analyzer PRO™" app (the Developer).
1.2. The Developer grants the User a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on the User's mobile device.
1.3. The Application is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted to the User are reserved by the Developer.

2. PAID SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS (PRO STATUS)
2.1. Access to advanced functionality in the "PRO" category is provided through the in-app purchase system of official app stores (Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, Samsung Galaxy Store), or via official payment gateways on the Administration's Website.
2.2. The order of payment is governed by the rules of the selected payment gateway or app store. The Developer does not have access to the User's payment card details.
2.3. No refunds are made for the paid subscription period, as access to functions is provided in full immediately after payment.

3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE RIGHTS
The User is strictly prohibited from: decompiling, reverse engineering, attempting to gain unauthorized access to server infrastructure, and publishing fraudulent catch data or abusive content.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Meteorological data, depth contours (bathymetry), and navigation charts are provided for informational and recreational angling purposes only and must not be used as the sole primary tool for official marine navigation.
